Blackberry Flavor CAP

Capella Blackberry Concentrate provides the deliciously soft and fruity tang of freshly picked ripe blackberries. Quite sweet and with a delightful aroma, Capella Blackberry Concentrate works well as a stand-alone, but this flavour really shines when its used in combination with other flavours like blueberry, strawberry or redcurrant and who can resist the classic combination of a blackberry and apple crumble, served up with some gorgeous vanilla custard? If you have a craving for summer fruit recipes, then Capella Blackberry Concentrate should provide the perfect addition to your DIY mixing cupboard.
